Leeks.

Talk about an overrated vegetable!  There's a whole lotta party going on w/ all that greenery, but since it's the consistency of bamboo, there's very little leek to use.  Potato leek soup is for dinner.  I will love it.  Everyone else will be eating cereal for a snack before bedtime because they'll eat two bites of the potatoes and the leeks.
